With a background in performance and sport psychology, Kevin helps people to live high performing lives in his work as a facilitator, coach and advisor. Mindfulness is central to the work he does and the way he lives his life. Originally from Cork in Ireland, Kevin lives in Sydney with his wife, Vicki.
Jen became passionate about Resilience and Mindfulness skills when she realised that this is fast becoming one of the most essential skills to navigate this highway of modern life successfully. Jen has a strong interest in the neuroscience of mindfulness and stress reactivity, and with 20+ years in the corporate world she brings pragmatic & scientific brain-based mindfulness skills to her programs and coaching. Originally from the UK, Jen lives in Sydney with her husband and two young boys.
With an endless love for health, happiness and wholeness, Nicholas works in hospitals as a doctor in Child Health, facilitates 8-week courses in MBSR and loves to discuss and learn about all forms of medicine and wisdom.

Rosy teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) in Tasmania. Her background as a nurse, midwife, counsellor and university lecturer, includes extensive experience supporting people through tough times, including grief, loss, depression and cancer diagnosis. As a mother of four and long time practitioner, she passionate about sharing the proven benefits of mindfulness; allowing us to self-heal, increase well-being and build compassionate communities. Dr Ekaterina (Katya) Todarello
Katya is a passionate educator and experienced teacher in leadership and management. In mentoring and guiding university students, teachers, and managers, she creates spaces, in which studying and working, when examined, become sources for self-discovery and enhanced well-being. Practising and teaching mindfulness helps Katya develop a deeper connection with the miraculous potential of the ‘now’ and to share her learnings with others. Originally from Russia, Katya lives on the beautiful Central Coast, New South Wales and enjoys walks on the beach, dips in the ocean, and her Russian banya (sauna).
Danica’s journey with mindfulness started out from research in the field of exercise and sports studies, which later led to her own meditation practice, a greater interest in the areas of counselling psychology, and neuroscience of mindfulness and yoga. She channels her focus into working with people to help them experience mind-body balance, through teaching mindfulness, yoga therapeutics and coaching. Danica currently lives in the tropical island of Singapore, where she facilitates the 8-week MBSR, Mindful Schools curriculum for youth, and athlete performance programmes.
